
ORIX USA Hires Tatianna Yale to Bolster Infrastructure, Underwriting Business
ORIX Corporation USA appointed Tatianna Yale as Senior Director to its Municipal and Infrastructure group, focused on origination. Yale is based in Dallas, TX and will report to Rob Wetzler, Head of the Municipal and Infrastructure group.
With more than 15 years’ experience in debt origination, securitization, public-private partnerships, and real estate underwriting, Yale will oversee new business origination and underwriting for high-yield investments.
Yale was previously chief investment & planning officer at Texas Medical Center, where she focused on investing in infrastructure, real estate and venture. Prior to that, Yale spent over ten years at Citigroup, most recently as a Director, where she worked with municipal issuers and non-profit clients on infrastructure and real estate opportunities.
“Tatianna brings great expertise and will be a strong addition to our team as we continue to see growing demand from borrowers looking towards social impact municipal, infrastructure and real estate investments to provide stability during volatile market conditions,” said Wetzler.
The Municipal and Infrastructure group incorporates debt and equity for public and private sponsors in the municipal, infrastructure, healthcare, senior housing, education, project finance and real estate sectors.
With a focus on private credit, real estate and private equity, ORIX USA and its subsidiaries have approximately 1300 employees and $85.1 billion in assets under management, servicing and administration assets and proprietary assets, as of the end of March.
