Oak Hill Advisors Closes $1.1B CLO Equity Fund, Enabling $10B in CLO Investments
Oak Hill Advisors (OHA) has completed the final close of OHA CLO Enhanced Equity Fund III (OHCEE III) with $1.1 billion in equity commitments, positioning the firm to deploy approximately $10 billion in CLOs. The strategy focuses on investing in the primary equity of OHA-managed CLOs.
The fund attracted capital from pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, corporations, endowments, and family offices, and follows the success of OHCEE I and II. OHCEE I is currently returning capital to investors, while OHCEE II remains in its investment period until December 2025.
“Our disciplined approach to CLO equity investing, supported by fundamental research analysis across the credit spectrum, is designed to preserve capital, create long-term value and outperform across market environments,” said Harpreet Anand, portfolio manager and partner at OHA.
With its scale, OHCEE III ranks among the largest CLO transactions of 2025, alongside the $1.1 billion commercial real estate CLO priced by TPG RE Finance Trust earlier this year. OHA now manages more than $22 billion in CLO-related assets within its broader $98 billion credit platform, which spans private credit, distressed and special situations, high yield bonds, leveraged loans, and CLOs.
OHA serves as the alternative credit arm of T. Rowe Price, which recently announced a strategic collaboration with Goldman Sachs to expand access to public and private market investment solutions.
