NextNRG Partners with Hudson Sustainable Group to Expand Capital Access for Renewable Energy Projects
NextNRG, Inc., an AI-driven energy infrastructure solutions provider, has formed a strategic partnership with Hudson Sustainable Group to accelerate the development and deployment of its national pipeline of solar, battery storage, microgrid, and wireless EV charging projects.
Hudson, a global renewable energy investor with over $13 billion in deployed capital, will provide capital and co-development support under a master framework agreement that gives it priority access to select NextNRG projects. These include utility-scale solar installations, distributed smart microgrids powered by NextNRG’s proprietary Next Utility Operating System®, and next-generation wireless charging infrastructure for electric vehicles.
In return, NextNRG will also gain access to investment opportunities led by Hudson in areas such as fleet electrification, data center energy resiliency, and municipal microgrids. The partnership is designed to create a scalable capital framework to support long-term infrastructure expansion, not just one-off investments.
Michael D. Farkas, Founder and CEO of NextNRG, said the partnership enhances the company’s ability to scale AI-optimized distributed energy systems at a time of accelerating demand for sustainable infrastructure. Hudson CEO Neil Auerbach praised the collaboration, noting the transformative potential of NextNRG’s technology.
