NexPoint Launches Waterford DST Targeting Southeast Multifamily Growth

NexPoint has launched the NexPoint Waterford DST, offering investors access to a 240-unit garden-style apartment community in the Greensboro–High Point MSA.

The property is strategically positioned near Piedmont Triad International Airport and major employment hubs, with a diversified economic base anchored by aerospace, advanced manufacturing, healthcare and logistics.

“Waterford DST reflects our conviction in high-growth Southeast markets supported by strong fundamentals, durable renter demand, and meaningful opportunities for operational enhancement,” said Matt McGraner, CIO and EVP at NexPoint.

The launch builds on NexPoint’s expanding DST platform, following the recent introduction of the NexPoint Marina DST, which is backed by Eufaula Cove Marina in Oklahoma and Grafton Harbor in Illinois. Those assets were acquired for approximately $38.7 million, with a total capitalization of about $42.7 million.
