NexPoint Fully Subscribes $45M Self-Storage DST Offering

NexPoint announced that its $45 million NexPoint Storage VI DST, launched in January, has been fully subscribed. The Delaware Statutory Trust offering includes two GenerationV, Class-A storage facilities located in Temple Hills, Maryland, and Nashville, Tennessee. Both assets are managed by Extra Space Storage and benefit from access to stable-growth metropolitan statistical areas.

“We are grateful to our partners who helped fully subscribe our sixth self-storage offering,” said Matt McGraner, NexPoint CIO and EVP of the DST Sponsor. “We are excited to continue to provide access to this segment of the self-storage sector.”

NexPoint’s self-storage platform, established in 2015, has grown to encompass a portfolio valued at more than $2 billion, spanning wholly owned properties, managed vehicles, and DST structures.
