N10 Holdings Debuts Dual Firms After Break from Wirehouse
A team led by a former Wells Fargo, UBS and Morgan Stanley advisor has launched into independence with the debut of N10 Holdings, a dual-firm platform serving high and ultra-high-net-worth clients, powered by Dynasty Financial Partners, the companies announced.
Based in Greenwich, Connecticut, N10 Holdings comprises two separate yet affiliated entities: N10° Wealth, focused on comprehensive wealth management, and N10° Assets, an investment management firm. The leadership team includes Andrew D. Urbanski, Founder, Managing Director and CIO; Karo Lokmanyan, Partner, Executive Director and COO; Lauren N. Urbanski, Partner, Vice President, CCO and CAO; and Adam D. Urbanski, Partner, Managing Director and CEO of N10° Assets.
Andrew Urbanski spent nearly six years at Wells Fargo and previously held advisor roles at UBS and Morgan Stanley, building a client base of entrepreneurs, executives and closely held businesses with custody of more than $750 million in assets. Upon launch, N10° Wealth expects to begin servicing more than $650 million in assets under advisement, while N10° Assets expects $350 million to be invested in the continuation of its flagship growth, momentum and profitability stock strategy.
“We plan to continue to engineer incredible value for our long-time wealth clients with the creation of N10° Assets, which is the very vehicle we’ll then use to bring some of that value to the rest of the investing world,” Andrew Urbanski said.
The team also plans to list a 351 Exchange ETF on the New York Stock Exchange in late 2026.
“The N10° team’s entrepreneurial, forward-looking mindset make it a natural fit for our network of independent advisory firms,” said Shirl Penney, Founder and CEO of Dynasty.
Dynasty will provide N10° Wealth and N10° Assets with wealth management technology, investment management capabilities, capital markets support and business services. SS&C Technologies will provide additional trade execution, operational support and portfolio management technology.
