
Mission Wealth Merges with $204M Minnesota Advisory Firm
Brown Wealth Management has merged with Mission Wealth Management, LP, marking Mission Wealth’s second strategic expansion of 2025 and strengthening its presence in the Midwest.
Eden Prairie, MN-based Brown Wealth Management oversees more than $204 million in client assets. As part of the merger, Timothy Brown, founder of Brown Wealth Management, will join Mission Wealth as the firm’s 52nd equity partner. Joining Brown are wealth advisor Polly Hamm and wealth advisor associate Emma Walley.

Mission Wealth manages more than $10.7 billion in assets.
In January, the firm announced a merger with Logic Capital Managment, a Houston, TX-based firm managing more than $400 million in assets. Prior to that the firm combined with San Rafael, CA-based JLFranklin Wealth Planning, a financial advisory firm with over $235 million in assets.
