MidCap Advisors Hires Paul Kanarek as VP, Education
MidCap Advisors, a NY-based M&A advisory firm to private companies, has hired Paul Kanarek as vice president of education.
Kanarek brings more than four decades of experience in the areas of strategy, M&A, investor relations and communications. Leveraging his experience assisting global education companies to go public as well as privately refinance, he will lead strategic initiatives for education clients on issues from access to capital, talent, enhanced go-to-market approaches, and post-acquisition integrations.

Prior to joining MidCap Advisors, Kanarek held leadership roles at The Princeton Review and Collegewise (America’s largest college admissions company), in addition to working with Bain Capital, Charlesbank Capital Partners, and Verlinvest.
