Man Group’s Fifth U.S. ETF Turns to Infrastructure
Man Group has launched the Man Active Global Infrastructure ETF, extending its U.S. wealth offering to five exchange-traded funds. The actively managed fund trades on NYSE Arca under the ticker MGIN and seeks long-term capital growth through shares of listed infrastructure companies.
The strategy can invest across energy, utilities, digital and communications infrastructure, and transportation and supply chains. Man Group said it will select approximately 40 to 60 core holdings from an eligible global universe of more than 700 companies with market values exceeding $1 billion. Portfolio manager Al Chu is primarily responsible for its day-to-day management.
“Infrastructure sits at the intersection of some of the most powerful structural themes shaping markets today — the energy transition, the build-out of AI and digital infrastructure, urbanization, and a renewed focus on national resilience,” Chu said.
The fund’s prospectus says it will normally invest at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of infrastructure companies or businesses that hold or invest in related assets. That mandate can encompass utilities, pipelines and transportation networks as well as communications and technology infrastructure. MGIN has annual operating expenses of 0.75%, according to its summary prospectus.
The launch broadens Man Group’s ETF range after its initial U.S. funds debuted in September 2025 and two more followed in December.
