MAG, MultiBank Group Ink $3B Tokenized Real Estate Assets
MAG, a UAE-based real estate developer, signed a $3 billion tokenization agreement with MultiBank Group, a Dubai-based financial derivatives institution, and Mavryk, a blockchain innovator. This is the largest real-world asset (RWA) tokenization initiative globally, with plans to scale to $10 billion.
The deal involves tokenizing luxury properties like The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside, Keturah Resort, and Keturah Reserve, making them accessible via MultiBank.io’s regulated RWA marketplace. Investors will earn daily yield, and the $MBG token will power access, staking, fees, and rewards.
The initiative is tied to the upcoming launch of MultiBank’s $MBG utility token, which will power platform functions like staking, fee payments, and access to assets, featuring a buyback-and-burn model to enhance long-term value. MAG provides the real estate inventory, Mavryk handles blockchain infrastructure and DeFi integrations, and MultiBank ensures regulatory compliance, liquidity, and governance.
“This isn’t just a real estate deal — it is a flagship use case for the $MBG token. By enabling seamless access to $3B in tokenized property, MultiBank becomes the bridge between regulated finance and next-generation investment infrastructure,” said Zak Taher, Founder and CEO of MultiBank.io.
