Madison Energy Clinches $450M Debt Facility
Madison Energy Infrastructure, a clean energy developer, closed a $450 million construction-to-term debt facility to develop, finance and manage clean, local energy projects across the U.S.
The financing facility was provided by Fifth Third Bank, Natixis, Société Générale, BNP Paribas, TD Bank, Siemens Financial Services and Forbright Bank.
“With this debt funding, we are poised to deliver groundbreaking projects, and play an essential role in building a cleaner and more resilient world for generations to come,” said Iwona Guier, EVP of Finance at Madison.
Madison’s portfolio consists of over half a gigawatt of clean energy infrastructure assets across more than 25 states.
Last week, Madison announced the acquisition of Moorestown, NJ-based Pro-Tech Energy Solutions, a self-funded, turnkey energy services company servicing residential and commercial properties.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
