LPL Financial Adds $400M Worley Monroe Advisors to Its Platform

LPL Financial LLC has continued its advisor growth strategy with the addition of Worley Monroe Advisors, a Missouri-based firm overseeing $400 million in client assets. The practice, led by Benjamin Worley and Robert Monroe, joins LPL’s broker-dealer and registered investment advisor (RIA) platform from Edward Jones.

Focused on serving pre-retirees and retirees across Missouri and other states, the team highlighted LPL’s technology, autonomy, and flexibility as central to the move. “I like to think of us as the ‘puzzle people,’” Worley said. “We take the various pieces of information provided by our clients about their financial situation and goals, and then help them configure these pieces in a way that helps them envision their financial future.”

Monroe added that the firm’s due diligence process was driven by client-first considerations: “We were looking for a firm that would best fit our clients’ investment needs and help to up-level our client service, while also providing the necessary support for us professionally as advisors to grow and serve effectively.”

The addition of Worley Monroe comes as LPL accelerates advisor recruitment. Earlier this month, the firm announced two other major transitions: Skyward Financial Group in Houston, with $700 million in AUM, and Concentric Wealth Management in Cincinnati, with $715 million in assets.
