LPL Attracts $500M Tribute Financial Team
LPL Financial continues to expand its advisor network, announcing that the team at Tribute Financial has joined its broker-dealer and registered investment advisor platform from United Planners Financial Services.
Led by President and CEO Kevin Daniels, Tribute Financial oversees more than $500 million in advisory, brokerage and retirement plan assets. The firm serves clients through offices in Missouri and Connecticut, focusing on long-term relationships and comprehensive financial planning.
Daniels said the move to LPL was driven by the firm’s desire to enhance its technology capabilities and gain access to expanded resources while maintaining its client-first approach.
“We believe success comes from doing the right thing over and over again,” Daniels said. “Our goal is to put people first and serve as trusted partners to our clients, helping them make informed decisions with confidence.”
Tribute Financial selected LPL for its integrated technology platform, operational support and practice management resources designed to help advisors operate more efficiently while delivering a personalized client experience.
The team joining LPL also includes financial advisors Martin Nadeau, Zach Daniels, Scott Kearns and Caleb Sanders.
“We are proud to welcome Kevin Daniels and the Tribute Financial team to LPL,” said Marc Cohen, chief growth officer at LPL Financial. “They have built a thoughtful, values-driven practice rooted in trust, consistency and a deep commitment to doing right by clients.”
The addition continues LPL’s strong recruiting momentum in 2026. Earlier this month, the firm added Spectrum Wealth Strategies, a Dallas-based team affiliated with MassMutual that managed approximately $1.5 billion in advisory, brokerage and retirement plan assets.
LPL serves more than 32,000 financial advisors, including advisors at approximately 1,100 financial institutions, and custodies roughly $2.3 trillion in brokerage and advisory assets.
