Journey Strategic Wealth Teams Up with Fintech Platform RISR

RISR, a fintech platform that aggregates financial and business data to help financial advisors who serve business owners. announced a partnership with Summit, NJ-based financial advisory firm Journey Strategic Wealth.

The RISR platform is fully integrated with QuickBooks and can read and extract data from tax returns, enabling advisors to access financial data. In addition, RISR’s recent partnership with Insurex expands its offerings in the insurance sector.

“We saw an opportunity for our advisors to better understand an underserved market,” said Penny Phillips, president and co-founder of Journey Strategic Wealth. “Through this partnership, our advisors can thoroughly communicate with business owner clients and feel confident about the advice they’re giving.”

Last month, RISR closed a $1.5 million seed round, which saw participation from TIFF Investment Management CEO Kane Brenan, retired former Hamilton Lane COO Kevin Lucey, former Dynasty Financial Partners CTO Frank Coates and other financial services leaders.
