JLL, iCapital Team to Offer Real Estate to Private Wealth Market

JLL Income Property Trust and iCapital, an alternative assets fintech platform for the wealth and asset management industries, announced a partnership, making JLL’s $6.6 billion daily NAV REIT available on iCapital Marketplace.

“Successful wealth managers have recognized the limitations of the traditional 60/40 portfolio and have embraced alternative investments,” said Allan Swaringen, President and CEO of JLL Income Property Trust. “By reducing barriers to entry, iCapital has made it easy for advisors to access alternative investment options like ours.”

JLL Income Property Trust owns and manages a portfolio of high-quality income-producing residential, industrial, grocery-anchored retail, healthcare and office properties in the U.S, and expects to further diversify its real estate portfolio over time, including globally.
