Investcorp Takes Majority Stake in Channel Management Platform Provider Zift Solutions
Technology investor Investcorp Technology Partners will acquire a majority stake in startup Zift Channel Solutions Inc, a software provider of channel marketing, channel sales and channel operations based in North Carolina.
The funding, including the additional capital from Investcorp, values Zift at over $70 million. Existing Zift investors Arrowroot, Oxx, SMM, and AshGrove Capital will remain involved with the company.
The company noted that the firm is now poised to accelerate its go-to-market strategy, increase its capacity to expand to additional international markets, and otherwise fuel the growth of the firm.
“Zift’s solutions help to solve an increasingly complex issue for marketing and sales-driven businesses, making relationship management simpler for companies across industries. We’re excited to be partnering with Zift and helping the Zift team take the business to the next level,” said Gilbert Kamieniecky, head of Investcorp.
The company was founded in 2006 and its ZiftONE platform helps companies manage workflow from “onboarding to enablement, lead generation to marketing, all the way through sales.”
