Integris Real Estate Investments Offers Integris Secured Credit Fund II for Accredited Investors
Integris Real Estate Investments, a sponsor of direct real estate investments for private investors, registered investment advisors and family offices, launched Integris Secured Credit Fund II, looking to raise up to $10 million.
Fund II offers accredited investors an opportunity to invest in a collateralized note that will earn them passive income via a fixed annual interest rate of 12%, paid quarterly. The fund will mature on February 28, 2025.
Fund II has no upfront sales charge, nor does it charge any fees or expenses to investors.
Building on the strong reception of the first Integris Secured Credit Fund, William Shopoff, president and chief executive officer of Integris, noted, “We have decided to launch Integris Secured Credit Fund II, which will provide investors the opportunity to once again earn a 12% fixed annual return, over an approximately two-year period.”
“We are excited to launch this fund and offer accredited investors a quality option for passive income in this often volatile and inflationary economic climate,” Shopoff added.
