Hightower Appoints Larry Restieri as CEO, Succeeds Bob Oros
Hightower has officially appointed Larry Restieri as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors, completing a leadership transition first announced in February. Restieri succeeds Bob Oros, who has led the firm since 2019 and will remain on the Board.
“Hightower is positioned for transformational growth. We have a tremendous community of advisors, and I’m committed to working with our talented advisory practices to win together as a team,” said Restieri.
A seasoned industry executive, Restieri brings deep expertise in scaling wealth management operations. He previously served as CEO of Ayco, a Goldman Sachs company, where he spearheaded modernization initiatives, strengthened client relationships, and drove expansion. Over a 20-year career at Goldman Sachs, Restieri held various leadership roles across wealth and asset management divisions.
Outgoing CEO Bob Oros expressed confidence in the transition, stating, “I’m confident that Larry is going to lead Hightower towards more success, while maintaining and protecting the solid core of the firm and its values.”
