Hightower Advisors Adds $1.6B Practice to W-2 Advisory Channel
Hightower Advisors has added a $21.6 billion Massachusetts-based wealth management firm to its W-2 advisory platform, Hightower Signature Wealth.
Boston Hill Advisors, which was founded in 2006, provides investment management, financial planning, retirement planning, insurance solutions, estate and tax planning, and wealth management services.
Boston Hill Advisors has been affiliated with Hightower since 2023, before joining its employee channel, and includes 18 members, including 11 advisors.
Additionally, the firm will maintain its presence throughout Massachusetts, including its offices in North Andover and Natick, following the firm’s transition to Hightower.
“Over the past two decades, we’ve continued to grow and evolve alongside our clients’ shifting needs,” said Joseph Trainor, managing director and wealth advisor at Boston Hill Advisors. “Moving under HTSW positions our team for the future without changing the values that have guided us since day one.”
Hightower Signature Wealth was launched last October and is designed to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and leverage the firm’s growing scale.
Following the move to Hightower’s W-2 model, Boston Hill Advisors will gain access to additional services, including operational support, technology, compliance, marketing, and client service.
Hightower’s latest addition comes after the firm also added North Carolina-based Stearns Financial Group, which oversees $2.5 billion in assets under management, to Hightower Signature Wealth last month.
Chicago-based Hightower Advisors and its affiliates oversee about $352 billion in total assets, with over 652 advisors across 33 states and the District of Columbia.
