Harrison Street AM Unifies North American Investment Businesses Under Single Global Platform

Harrison Street Asset Management (HSAM)—the investment management division of Colliers International—has integrated its affiliated North American investment management businesses, creating a unified global platform designed to deliver greater scale, innovation, and performance across real assets.

The strategic consolidation brings together Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, Rockwood Capital, and Harrison Street Private Wealth (formerly Versus Capital) under the Harrison Street Asset Management brand. Meanwhile, the firm’s European affiliates—Basalt Infrastructure Partners and RoundShield Capital—will continue to operate independently under their existing names, maintaining their specialized investment focus across infrastructure and credit strategies.

The integration represents a major step in building what HSAM describes as one of the most specialized and diversified real assets platforms in the world, offering both institutional and private-wealth investors coordinated access to infrastructure, real estate, and credit strategies across North America and Europe.

“The combined expertise of our people, together with the strength of our brand and global platform, positions us to define the next phase of our growth in global alternative investment management and to continue delivering differentiated opportunities for our investors,” said Christopher Merrill, co-founder and global CEO of Harrison Street Asset Management.

Headquartered in Chicago, Harrison Street Asset Management now oversees more than $100 billion in assets under management.
