Gardner Wallace Joins Osaic via Advisory Resource Group OSJ
Osaic has added Gardner Wallace Financial Solutions, a Texas-based advisory firm overseeing approximately $464 million in client assets, through Advisory Resource Group (ARG), an OSJ led by Kurt Jonson.
The Addison, Texas-based firm, previously affiliated with Kestra Financial, is led by Frances Gardner, Andrew Gardner and Patrick Wallace. The team provides comprehensive wealth management, insurance, business planning and tax planning services for individuals and business owners.
As the firm prepares for a future leadership transition to Andrew Gardner and Patrick Wallace, the team said it sought a partner that could support growth while simplifying operations.
“We needed the flexibility to grow our advisor team, reduce administrative complexity and execute a thoughtful ownership transition. Osaic and ARG provide a clear path forward,” said Andrew Gardner.
Jonson said the firm’s planning-focused model aligns closely with the OSJ’s advisor support platform.
“Gardner Wallace is exactly the kind of planning-focused, growth-minded team we built ARG to support,” Jonson said. “With Osaic’s scale and our hands-on OSJ support, they can expand strategically, develop talent and transition leadership with confidence.”
The move reflects Osaic’s continued recruitment momentum. The Scottsdale-based firm recently added a $232 million advisor team from Stifel Financial and advisor Chris Livingston from Santander Securities, who oversaw approximately $164 million in assets.
