Franklin Templeton Partners with Actis, CIP, and DigitalBridge on Infra Ops
Franklin Templeton has announced a strategic partnership with Actis, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), and DigitalBridge to expand private infrastructure access for individual investors. The collaboration is designed to provide differentiated opportunities in high-growth sectors tied to energy security, electrification, and digitalization—including renewable energy, fiber and towers, data centers, hyperscaler development, and digital power.
“The trends shaping the private markets present an opportunity to broaden access to capital and advance the availability of investments in energy security, electrification, and digitalization, and this is a unique opportunity for investors to unlock that potential,” said Jenny Johnson, president and CEO of Franklin Templeton.
Once launched, the platform will introduce a suite of private wealth offerings that deliver institutional-quality exposure to infrastructure, with an expected investment profile centered on stable, inflation-linked cash flows. The initiative underscores Franklin Templeton’s ongoing push to open private market strategies to a broader base of investors.
