Former Wells Fargo, Edward Jones Advisors Join LPL Strategic Wealth

LPL Financial LLC announced the addition of four financial advisors to Carnegie Private Wealth, an existing firm supported by LPL Strategic Wealth with more than $1 billion in assets. The former Wells Fargo and Edward Jones advisors – James Larsen, Lucas Decker, Kevin Lewis, and Seth Miller – collectively manage approximately $475 million in advisory, brokerage and retirement assets.

Larsen joins from Wells Fargo Advisors, while Decker, Lewis, and Miller transition from Edward Jones. Larsen spent more than 23 years at Wells Fargo. Decker was at Edward Jones for over nine years, while Lewis and Miller had been with the broker/dealer for more than 10 and 13 years, respectively.

Larsen has 18 years of international business management experience, Decker focuses on business owners and executives, Lewis specializes in business owners and retirement planning, and Miller concentrates on young professionals and intergenerational wealth planning.

Jordan Raniszeski, senior managing partner and founder of Carnegie Private Wealth, said, “Each of these professionals brings specialized skills and a shared understanding that success in wealth management comes from putting clients first. Their proven experience allows us to guide more families toward their aspirations while preserving the personal connections they’ve come to trust.”

Charlotte, N.C.-based Carnegie Private Wealth, which launched in 2023 with LPL Strategic Wealth, continues its growth trajectory by leveraging LPL’s business strategists, marketing resources, and CFO partnership. The minimum asset requirement to join the network is more than $200 million, and the channel has grown to about 48 wealth teams overseeing $26.2 billion in assets, according to LPL’s website.
