Former Rite Aid, Acadia CEOs Join Vessey Street Advisory Board
Vesey Street Capital Partners added Heyward Donigan and Debbie Osteen to its strategic advisory board.
Donigan, a former Rite Aid CEO, has held executive roles at Cigna Healthcare and General Electric. Osten, a former CEO of Acadia Healthcare, brings over 38 years of senior leadership experience.
The duo will help guide investments at Vesey Street, a Denver, CO.-based private equity firm focused on buyouts of lower middle market healthcare service companies.
“With the recently completed first close for our sophomore fund, we are poised to aggressively deploy capital in great businesses in the lower middle markets of Healthcare Services. As such, we are adding two executives to our strategic advisory board who bring a wealth of industry expertise and success in leading Healthcare Services businesses,” said VSCP Founder and Managing Partner Adam Feinstein.
Before joining Rite Aid, Donigan was president and CEO of Sapphire Digital, a designer and developer of omnichannel platforms that help consumers choose their healthcare providers.
Prior to Acadia, Osteen spent 34 years at Universal Health Services and over a 20-year period she led the behavioral health division.
