First Citizens Supplies $44.2M Financing for Portfolio of Three Medical Office Buildings
First Citizens Bank’s Healthcare Finance group, part of the CIT division, has provided $44.2 million to Kayne Anderson Real Estate and Remedy Medical Properties for a portfolio of three medical office buildings across Wisconsin and Illinois.
The buildings total 266,000 square feet in rentable space and are leased by ProHealth Medical Group in Brookfield, WI, Silver Cross Health urgent care in Mokena, IL, and Moreland Medical Center in Waukesha, WI.
“Kayne Anderson Real Estate and Remedy Medical Properties have a growing reputation across the industry for identifying and acquiring superb medical office properties,” said William Douglass, managing director and group head for CIT Healthcare Finance.
