Ex-Commonwealth FA Team Jumps to Osaic Wealth
Osaic Wealth has gained another wealth management team, as the firm continues to rack up financial advisors who have fled Commonwealth Financial Network.
Englewood, FL-based Hinck Private Wealth Management, founded in 1978 by CEO and Founder John Hinck, includes managing partners Thomas and James Hinck. The team provides financial planning, investment strategy, retirement planning, asset allocation services, estate planning, and tax management.
Hinck Private Wealth Management decided to make the jump to Osaic for its technology and the opportunity for the team to continue utilizing Fidelity Investments’ national financial services platform.
“Osaic stood out for its open-architecture technology and expansive wealth management platform, while also allowing us to continue using NFS – a major advantage for our team,” Thomas Hinck said. “These solutions will allow us to access the latest, leading capabilities in the marketplace to power our productivity and growth and better serve our clients.”
Osaic’s latest addition comes as many advisors have left LPL Financial, since the firm closed its deal to acquire Commonwealth.
The independent broker-dealer also stated that it aims to retain approximately 90% of Commonwealth advisors.
Most recently, Osaic added Morgantown, West Virginia-based Virtus Wealth Solutions, to its W-2 advisor channel from Commonwealth and Phoenix, AZ-based team functions as Patrick Funke & Associates.
