Evertern Wealth Launches in Naples as $2.4B UBS Breakaway
Evertern Wealth has launched in Naples, Florida, marking the debut of a new independent wealth and family office advisory firm led by veteran advisors Jason Stephens and Mic Lundon.
The founding team previously oversaw approximately $2.4 billion in client assets at UBS and will now operate through a boutique model focused on high-net-worth families, founders and executives. Client assets will be custodied with Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions and supported by the Dynasty Financial Partners platform.
Evertern Wealth is designed to serve clients navigating complex financial situations, including business owners approaching liquidity events, executives with concentrated equity positions, recent retirees and multi-generational families seeking integrated planning solutions.
“We built Evertern Wealth to deliver institutional-level capabilities within a highly personalized advisory model,” said Jason Stephens. “Our clients require coordinated guidance across investments, liquidity events, and generational planning — not fragmented advice.”
The firm offers a full suite of services spanning institutional portfolio management, private markets and alternative investments, strategic lending, balance sheet management and estate planning, along with broader family office coordination.
By leveraging Dynasty’s technology and operational infrastructure, Evertern aims to combine independence with institutional capabilities, positioning itself to compete in the increasingly sophisticated high-net-worth advisory space.
