EP Wealth Acquires Arizona Wealth Manager with $730M AUM

EP Wealth Advisors has acquired Capital Insight Partners, LLC (CIP), a Scottsdale, Arizona-based wealth management firm with more than $730 million in assets under management, further scaling its footprint and capabilities in the Southwest. CIP’s nine-person team will join EP Wealth, with co-founder Susan Anastasiadis stepping into the role of SVP.

“Our clients gain access to expanded planning resources, broader investment capabilities, and a larger team of experts. Yet, their existing advisors retain the leading role in the relationship,” Anastasiadis said, emphasizing continuity alongside enhanced depth of service.

Founded in 2008, CIP has built its business around a client-centric approach for private clients and employer-sponsored retirement plans, with a focus on long-term relationships and personalized wealth management and retirement plan consulting. The team’s specialties complement EP Wealth’s growing suite of planning, investment, and fiduciary services.

CIP will fold into EP Wealth’s Arizona region, led by regional directors M.J. Nodilo and Adrian Larson, strengthening the firm’s presence in a key growth market. The deal follows EP Wealth’s partnership with Clearview Wealth Advisors in December 2025 and adds to three other Arizona teams that have joined since 2019, underscoring a multi-year strategy of regional expansion.

“This partnership is about strengthening what already works,” said Ryan Parker, CEO of EP Wealth. “CIP’s clients will keep the same advisory team they know and trust, and will gain access to a broader bench across planning, investments, and specialized support as their needs evolve. We’re proud to welcome the CIP team to EP Wealth and continue building momentum across Arizona.”

The transaction marks EP Wealth’s first partnership of 2026, following nine completed combinations in 2025. Financial and legal terms of the deal were not disclosed.
