Energea Expands Access to Renewable Infrastructure Investing

Energea, a renewable energy investment platform, has introduced new share classes for its Energea Global Infrastructure Portfolios, expanding access for financial advisors and accredited investors in the private wealth channel. Structured as Regulation D Rule 506(c) offerings, the portfolios provide exposure to a diversified mix of global renewable energy infrastructure backed by institutional-grade underwriting and designed to deliver long-term income.

The new share-class structure offers multiple compensation and fee models to align with different distribution partners, including RIAs, broker-dealers, and platform-based wealth managers. Class A shares are broadly available to accredited investors, while other classes provide tailored pricing and service models for professional intermediaries.

“Over the years, we have seen strong interest from financial advisors and wealth platforms, and we are excited that they can now share in our mission to drive innovation, growth, and impact in the renewable energy sector,” said Mike Silvestrini, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Energea.

Energea manages three solar portfolios across the U.S., Brazil, and Africa and has invested nearly $500 million in clean-energy projects since 2020. The firm reports a 12% realized IRR for investors since inception.
