EisnerAmper, Agora Partner on Real Estate Fund Operations

EisnerAmper has partnered with real estate investment management technology provider Agora to help fund managers coordinate operations, support fundraising and improve communication with investors.

The collaboration combines EisnerAmper’s fund administration, assurance and advisory services with Agora’s technology platform. The firms already serve several shared clients and aim to provide more integrated operational and investment management resources.

Agora’s platform supports real estate fund operations, fundraising and investor management. It connects investment management processes and facilitates communication between managers and investors, providing a technology component alongside EisnerAmper’s professional services.

Led by CEO and co-founder Bar Mor, Agora focuses on technology for real estate investment managers. EisnerAmper’s real estate practice, led by managing partner Lisa Knee, provides fund administration, assurance and advisory services to investment firms.
