Edison Partners Adds Rush Baker, Casey Myers to Senior Leadership Team
Edison Partners has appointed Rush Baker as partner, head of investor relations, and Casey Myers as partner, head of the Edison Edge value creation platform.
Baker joins as partner and head of investor relations from Snowbridge Advisors, a private fund placement platform specializing in private equity and debt fund advisory. He will lead communications with existing and prospective limited partners.
Myers will direct the Edison Edge, the firm’s value creation platform, which includes five operating centers of excellence, executive education programs, and a director network, all designed to help portfolio companies scale growth.
The Princeton, NJ-based firm targets high-growth financial technology, healthcare IT and vertical SaaS and marketplace companies outside Silicon Valley with $10 million to $30 million in revenue. Investments also include buyouts, recapitalizations, spinouts and secondary stock purchases.
The hires follow the promotion of Kelly Ford to COO.
