Digital Transformation Capital Partners to Invest $300M in High Tech Startups

Digital Transformation Capital Partners, an independent investment management firm focused on digital transformation, announced the first closing of its Growth Equity III Fund at $300 million.

The fund invests in tech-focused industries including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, fintech and Web3. The firm plans to continue to raise significant capital and aims to close fundraising in 2023.

The funds injected will target about 25 equity investments in the range of $20 to $25 million for businesses in Series B to D or late-stage funding rounds, focusing on Europe, Israel, and the US.

Launched in March 2022, the Fund is backed by new and existing investors including Deutsche Telekom and Japanese conglomerate SoftBank Group International, alongside other institutional, pension fund, corporate, and family office investors.
