CV Advisors Hires Miami-Based FA

CV Advisors LLC, a registered investment advisor with $11 billion in assets, hired Ari Hadida, a financial advisor from Valor Advisors, a Miami-based multi-family office, as portfolio manager and a member of the firm’s investment committee.

At Valor, Hadida was a portfolio manager and member of its investment committee. Before that, he was global investment specialist at JP Morgan Private Bank; he also worked at UBS Wealth Management, advising high-net-worth clients.

“Having been a financial adviser for more than 18 years, working in banking and a multi-family office, I believe CV Advisors’ ability to provide ultra-high-net-worth families and institutions with a high-touch, single-family office service offering at scale is a game changer,” said Hadida.

The addition of Hadida marks the latest high-profile development for Aventura, FL-based CV Advisors. Earlier this year, Karl Heckenberg’s private equity firm Constellation Wealth Capital took a minority stake in the firm, positioning themselves as a strategic partner.
