
Corebridge Real Estate Raises Over $1B for Fourth Fund
Corebridge Real Estate Investors, the real estate equity management arm for Corebridge Financial, Inc. and formerly AIG Global Real Estate, raised more than $1 billion for the final close of its fourth fund – U.S. Real Estate Fund IV ((together with its related entity, US Fund IV), which invests in the logistics and multifamily sectors.

Houston-based Corebridge Financial, formerly AIG Life & Retirement, had its initial public offering (IPO) last September, raising $1.68 billion. The IPO valued Corebridge at $13.6 billion at the time, according to Reuters.
Jones Lang LaSalle Securities, LLC acted as the placement agent for U.S. Fund IV with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP acting as counsel to Corebridge Real Estate Investors.
