Conquest Planning Taps 3 for C-Suite Roles
Financial planning software provider Conquest Planning has appointed three industry veterans to C-suite roles.
Rob Crnkovic will serve as chief revenue officer, leading the firm’s revenue strategy and growth initiatives. He will also focus on building partnerships with financial institutions and advisors both domestically and internationally, the company said.
Before joining Conquest Planning, Crnkovic served as the co-founder and advisor at Toronto-based CapIntel, a financial technology platform.
He also held senior revenue roles at Slack, Salesforce, and Plaid, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Conquest Planning also appointed Kristen Winther as the firm’s chief operating officer, where she will lead Conquest’s people and culture team, IT and security, and operational initiatives.
Winther, who brings two decades of fintech experience to Conquest, previously served as the Chief of Staff at TIFIN, an AI-powered platform, and served as a subsidiary-level COO, overseeing sales operations.
She also held roles at GraniteShares, MSCI, and Horizons ETFs, now known as Global X Canada. She currently serves as global co-president of Women in ETFs.
Karen Budell has been appointed chief marketing officer, where she will oversee Conquest’s brand strategy and marketing initiatives.
Before joining the firm, she served as chief marketing officer and chief strategy and partnerships officer at Totango, a growth platform.
Budell also held leadership roles at Google, the Chicago Tribune Media Group, SurveyMonkey, Workday, and Saba, according to her Linkedin profile.
“Rob, Kristen and Karen each bring deep experience building and scaling commercial organizations in financial technology,” Brad Joudrie, CEO of Conquest Planning, said. “Their leadership will help us accelerate growth in the U.S., extending our reach and taking another step toward our goal of helping more families gain access to bespoke financial plans built for their unique needs.”
Recently, Winnipeg, Canada–based Conquest Planning, founded in 2018, partnered with Advisor360° to integrate financial planning directly into its platform.
Conquest’s platform has been used by over 1,000 financial services organizations, including BNY Pershing, Raymond James, RBC, and Manulife.
