Coller Capital Launches U.S. Fund for HNW Investors in Private Credit Secondaries Market

Coller Capital has unveiled the U.S. launch of CollerCredit, a registered investment fund offering high-net-worth investors access to the private credit secondaries market—an area historically dominated by institutions. This new vehicle follows the successful 2024 introduction of the firm’s Luxembourg-based Private Credit Secondaries SICAV and reflects Coller’s continued push into the global private wealth space.

Structured as a U.S. Registered Investment Company (RIC), CollerCredit operates as a tender offer fund, offering monthly subscriptions, quarterly repurchase opportunities, simplified 1099 tax reporting, and a lower minimum investment than typical private credit funds. The product is designed to appeal to a broad array of high-net-worth individuals, including taxable investors, tax-exempt entities, and those eligible under ERISA.

Jon McEvoy, Head of U.S. Private Wealth Distribution at Coller, commented: “CollerCredit brings together Coller’s long track record in secondaries with a structure designed specifically for the U.S. wealth market. It offers investors access to private credit through a vehicle built for long-term allocation and aligned with the needs of high-net-worth portfolios.”

The new fund complements Coller Capital’s broader private credit secondaries platform, which recently closed on $6.8 billion in capital. Since launching its private wealth initiative in 2023, the firm has raised more than $4 billion across private equity and credit secondaries strategies.

Coller Capital, which manages $40 billion in assets, now operates from 10 global offices across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
