Cetera Launches Line of AI Tools for FAs
Cetera Financial Group has introduced its latest artificial intelligence-driven tool, labeled IntelligenceEngine, which aims to streamline relationships between financial advisors and their clients.
IntelligenceEngine incorporates advanced analytics, planning technology, and client engagement tools into a single, seamless growth platform for advisors’ existing books of business, Cetera said.
The suite of tools is the firm’s branded expression of Cetera’s share of wallet suite, which offers a variety of proprietary and third-party-enabled tools that “identify, prioritize, and activate revenue opportunities,” the firm said.
“With IntelligenceEngine, we’re enabling advisors to scale meaningful conversations and drive measurable outcomes from their existing client base,” Christian Mitchell, chief solutions officer at Cetera, said. “This solution was designed to strategically connect the dots between data, planning, and action. Each element powers the next, creating a multiplier effect on efficiency and growth.”
Key attributions of the IntelligenceEngine tool include the GrowthLine Commercial Activation Engine, which pinpoints market opportunities and prioritizes client segments for targeted outreach. This system guarantees that financial advisors can engage with clients and improve their wallet share.
The platform includes AdviceWorks Account Aggregation, which allows clients to link external accounts, providing advisors with a comprehensive view of clients’ held-away assets.
The Jump AI Software applies natural language processing to extract insights from advisor-client meetings, capturing essential action items and behavioral signals directly for GrowthLine’s outreach strategies.
The MoneyGuide and eMoney Financial Planning Software allow advisors to assess total household assets and distinguish overlooked opportunities.
The tool also includes its Advanced Time Segmentation integration, which Cetera recently entered into a joint venture with to provide Cetera-affiliated advisors with access to various strategies for their clients.
