CenterSquare Investment Management, a Conshohocken, PA-based real assets manager, has hired Robert (BJ) Glenn III as a managing director in the firm’s Capital Markets group. Glenn most recently served as a VP at Lubert Adler Partners, responsible for capital formation and portfolio management, and served as Chair of Lubert Adler’s Sustainability Committee.
“BJ’s extensive experience and deep industry relationships make him a valuable addition to our team,” said CenterSquare CEO and CIO Todd Briddell. “We are confident that his expertise will significantly enhance our ability to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities across key markets.
Before joining Lubert Adler, Glenn was an asset manager for France’s Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield SE, where he was responsible for asset management and the execution of strategic planning for URW’s flagship assets. Before URW, he spent five years with Brookfield Asset Management, where he was involved in the sourcing, execution, and portfolio management for investments held within Brookfield’s real estate funds. He began his career at Baltimore-based Cordish Companies, where he specialized in retail leasing and mixed-use development.
