CBRE Named Fund Accounting Partner for UBS’ US Direct Real Estate Business

CBRE has established an agreement with UBS Asset Management’s US Real Estate & Private Markets unit to provide fund administration and related services for its US real estate and farmland assets.

The arrangement will allow UBS Asset Management to take advantage of CBRE’s scalable platform, real estate experience, and technology platform. As part of the agreement, a UBS Asset Management team joined CBRE.

“Through our collaboration with CBRE, we are able to leverage their technology platform and capabilities to realize efficiencies, achieve greater flexibility, and support our teams in providing superior service and insights to our clients,” said Matt Johnson, head of U.S. real estate at UBS Asset Management.

CBRE will provide fund accounting, property oversight, performance, Treasury, and platform administration for UBS Asset Management’s entire U.S. direct real estate and farmland portfolio, including a number of separately managed accounts.
