CAZ Strategic Opportunities Fund Tops $500M, Converts to Interval Structure
CAZ Investments announced that its CAZ Strategic Opportunities Fund has surpassed $500 million in assets and has converted from a tender offer structure to an interval fund, expanding access to both accredited and non-accredited investors.
The conversion brings significant structural enhancements, including a lower $2,500 minimum, daily subscriptions without subscription documents, quarterly liquidity, and simplified 1099 tax reporting. The fund also moves to a management-fee-only model, eliminating performance fees.
“We are very pleased with the response from the wealth management industry. Our shift to an interval fund should now allow them to include the fund in portfolio models and retirement plans,” said Christopher Zook, founder and CIO of CAZ Investments.
Available on major platforms including Schwab, Fidelity, CAIS, and Pershing, the fund has delivered a 14.75% annualized net return since its March 2024 inception and gained 15.89% over the 12 months ended October 2025.
