Carson Wealth Establishes Presence in Kansas with Equity Stake in $400M Wealth Manager
Carson Wealth has entered Kansas with an equity stake, which has not been disclosed, in the $400 million Overland Park-based wealth management firm Integrated Wealth. The deal will include a rebranding of the firm to Carson Wealth.
Founded in 1984 by Jack Lindsey, the six-person Integrated Wealth team is made up of advisors, Craig Splan, Tray Wiltse and Bill Day and operational staff Katie Hampton, Kim Roberts and Vincent Long, all of whom will continue to at the firm’s Overland Park location.
“When we first started looking for a partner that could help take us to the next level of growth as a firm, we were looking in our own backyard,” said Wiltse. “Then we met with the Carson team and were blown away by what they had to offer.”
Headquartered in Omaha, NB, Carson’s recent transactions include an equity stake in White Ember Financial Planning in January and the addition of The Shobe Financial Group, a Baton Rouge, LA-based registered investment advisor overseeing more than $500 million in assets, last month.
ECHELON Partners served as the M&A advisor to Integrated Wealth in the transaction.
