Carson Group Fully Acquires $395M Carson Wealth Minnesota Location
Carson Group has fully acquired a Minnesota-based Carson Wealth office that oversees more than $395 million in advisory and brokerage assets.
The office is led by wealth advisor Jeremy Willner, partners and wealth advisors Hayden Willner and Grant Fuchs. The team is also supported by director of client services and operations Kayla Loesch.
The office has been a Carson partner network since 2018 and rebranded as a Carson Wealth office in 2024 after Carson Group acquired a 30 percent equity stake in the practice.
Willner founded his firm in 2003 and provides high-net-worth clients with multigenerational planning across the Minneapolis and St. Paul region, Carson said.
“Moving to full ownership just made sense for where we are and where we want to go,” Willner said. “This structure gives Hayden and Grant the opportunity to grow with the support of Carson’s scale and gives us the ability to bring more advisors into the Minneapolis office. We want to be the hub for the Twin Cities and continue serving families at a high level for many years.”
Willner’s team marks Carson Group’s 35th wholly owned Carson Wealth office and plans to leverage Carson’s resources, including talent recruitment, operational support, and M&A expertise, to boost its growth strategy.
Recently, Carson Group partnered with Cincinnati-based Total Wealth Planning, which oversees about $1.45 billion in assets under management. The 19-person team has rebranded as a Carson Wealth location, making it Carson’s 34th wholly owned office and the firm’s largest acquisition to date.
In October, Carson Group fully acquired a Pennsylvania-based Carson Wealth office that oversees more than $358 million in assets under management.
