
Cambridge Trust Hires Industry Exec for SVP Role
Executive Rick Tyson has joined Cambridge Trust Wealth Management as senior vice president and a wealth relationship manager.
Tyson, who brings over two decades of industry experience to Cambridge Trust, has dealt with wealth management services, wealth planning strategies, and client relationship development across private banking, investment management, and “philanthropic” services, the firm said.
“I am excited to join the experienced team of professionals at Cambridge Trust Wealth Management,” Tyson said. “The team is dedicated to providing clients with a holistic approach to managing their financial well-being, including a wide range of banking, financial planning, investment management and trustee services.”
Prior to joining Cambridge Trust Wealth Management, Tyson served as VP and senior client development officer at Fiduciary Trust Company. There, he provided various services includinginvestment management, financial planning, and fiduciary strategies to high-net-worth clients across New England.
The firm’s latest addition comes after Cambridge Trust named Diana Kenneally as a senior VP at Eastern Bank and a private banker with Cambridge Trust Private Banking in October.
Cambridge Trust Wealth Management and its private banking divisions oversee about $9.2 billion in assets under management, and Eastern Bank, which was founded in 1818, manages $25.5 billion in total assets as of September 30.
