CAIS Partners with LODAS to Launch Secondary Marketplace for Private Funds
CAIS, an alternative investment platform for financial advisors, has teamed with technology company LODAS Markets to launch a secondary marketplace for private funds. The alliance will integrate LODAS’ secondary trading technology directly into the CAIS platform, providing financial advisors with an additional avenue of liquidity and flexibility for alternative investments.
The partnership establishes a single, streamlined entry point for advisors to access and execute secondary transactions at scale. The integrated solution is expected to be launched in the first quarter of 2026.
“Introducing secondary trading on our platform to our network of over 62,000 advisors who oversee $7 trillion in client assets represents a major step forward in helping them unlock new opportunities and solutions for their clients,” said Matt Brown, Founder and CEO of CAIS. “For the first time, advisors will be able to access both primary and secondary alternative investments in one place.”
LODAS’ platform is purpose-built for the wealth management community, combining an integrated user experience with full-stack secondaries capabilities. The company delivers turnkey infrastructure that simplifies trading and expands investment choice.
“Integrating these two platforms will redefine how advisors access, trade, and manage private market opportunities, bringing scale, efficiency, and transparency to an ecosystem ready for transformation,” added Brian King, Founder and CEO of LODAS Markets.
