CAIS Launches Strategies from 19 Major Alts Managers

CAIS, an alternative investment platform for independent financial advisors, has expanded its strategy offerings from 19 major alternative asset managers.

The strategies come from BlackRock, Blackstone, FS Investments, Golub Capital, Hines, Kayne Anderson, Stonepeak, T. Rowe Price/Oak Hill Advisors, Apollo, Ares Management, Bain Capital, Blue Owl, Davidson Kempner Capital Management, Franklin Templeton, KKR, Nuveen, Partners Group, Reverence Capital Partners, and Vista Equity Partners

The offerings encompass a wide range of alternative asset classes, including private equity, private debt, hedge funds, and real estate and include wealth-centric structures such as interval funds, business development companies, and non-traded REITs.

“As advisors continue to adopt alternative investments into their businesses, we support the commitment of asset managers to invest in the tools and education needed to meet their goals and objectives,” said Neil Blundell, head of investments at CAIS. “Our single-platform solution streamlines the entire alternative investment lifecycle, helping asset managers make their products more accessible to the wealth market.”

Alternative investment strategies on the CAIS Marketplace, which go through third-party due diligence by Mercer, are available to CAIS’ network of over 2,000 wealth management firms that oversee approximately $6 trillion in end client assets.
