Bridge Investment Group Announces Adam Haughton as CIO of Bridge Renewable Energy

Bridge Investment Group Holdings Inc has named Adam Haughton CIO of Bridge Renewable Energy, a clean energy partnership between Bridge and Lumen Energy Inc.

Haughton brings over 15 years of solar investment management, finance and engineering experience to Bridge. Most recently, he served as CIO of New Energy Solar Manager, where he managed the origination, structuring and execution of new investments for the firm’s two public investment funds.

Launched in July 2022, Bridge Renewable Energy is focused on building and operating renewable energy infrastructure on existing commercial properties.

With about $43.8bn in assets, Bridge is a real estate manager focused on US real estate verticals, including residential rental, office, development, logistics properties, net lease, real estate-backed credit, renewable energy, and proptech.
