Bramshill Named Subadvisor for Liberty Street Advisors’ Multi-Strategy Income Fund

Fixed income manager Bramshill Investments was named subadvisor for Liberty Street Advisors’ multi-manager family of funds, the Braddock Multi-Strategy Income Fund (BDKAX, BDKCX, BDKNX).

The fund has been renamed Bramshill Multi-Strategy Income Fund and will continue to invest in asset-backed debt securities, primarily in residential mortgage-backed securities.

“I’m thrilled to officially announce this new partnership as I know it will only enhance the strategic trajectory of the Bramshill Multi-Strategy Income Fund,” said Tim Reick, CEO of Liberty Street.

Based in Naples, Florida, Bramshill, which manages over $4.3bn in assets, is an alternative asset management firm co-founded in 2012 by former GLG portfolio manager, Arthur DeGaetano.

The firm specializes in corporate bonds, preferred securities, municipal bonds, structured credit and credit-themed equities.

Senior managing director and portfolio manager Paul van Lingen and managing director and portfolio manager Ara Balabanian will be responsible for the fund’s management and investment strategy.
