Bluespring Wealth Partners Unveils New Leadership Appointments
Bluespring Wealth Partners, LLC, an Austin, TX-based firm specializing in the acquisition and support of independent RIAs and hybrid wealth management practices, has announced a strategic talent acquisition and leadership team expansion. The announcement underscores Bluespring’s focus on enhancing its support for partner firms following a strong first quarter with two acquisitions.
Key additions include Graeme Lee as head of strategic growth, bringing nearly 20 years of experience from LPL Financial, where he co-launched the strategic wealth channel, and Kestra Financial, where he led business consulting. Lee will spearhead organic growth strategies and integrate services from Kestra Holdings’ ecosystem.
Joining him are strategic relationship directors Jeremy Ransom, with 17 years in operations and strategic planning from Ransom Capital Ventures, and Jon Bartholomew, who offers over a decade of efficiency-focused advisory experience from Dimensional Fund Advisors.
Meanwhile, Josh Bartholomew has been promoted to head of business development from VP, working with President Pradeep Jayaraman to accelerate RIA and hybrid firm acquisitions.
This expansion aligns with Bluespring’s mission to empower advisors through succession planning and operational support, backed by Kestra Holdings. Recent deals include the acquisition of Charter Capital Management, an advisory firm managing $400 million in assets, located in Brookfield, WI. The firm recently combined two of its partner firms, Retirement Wealth Specialists and Security Financial Management, to create an RIA with $1.4 billion in assets and five locations across Florida. In February, the firm announced the acquisition of $560 million Louisville, KY-based Reliant Wealth Planning.
“In pursuit of our commitment to supporting advisors with our value-added, growth-oriented platform, we have built this team with intention and the goal of leading our firm to even greater success in the months and years to come,” said Jayaraman.
