Bluespring Wealth Partners has announced that Front Porch Financial, a Kestra Financial–affiliated advisory practice, has joined existing Bluespring partner firm U.S. Financial Services, forming a combined organization overseeing approximately $1.7 billion in client assets. The addition gives U.S. Financial its fifth office location, complementing four existing sites across the northern and southeastern U.S.

The transaction caps a strong 2025 for Bluespring, which closed nine deals totaling more than $6 billion in assets under management as it continues to build a national network of growth- and succession-focused RIAs.
