Blackstone Unveils 1st Private Multi-Asset Credit Interval Fund

Blackstone has introduced its inaugural private multi-asset credit interval fund, the Blackstone Private Multi-Asset Credit and Income Fund (BMACX), accessible through select registered investment advisors.

BMACX is designed to offer individual investors a comprehensive private credit solution, leveraging strategies from Blackstone’s $465 billion credit platform. The fund features daily subscriptions, quarterly liquidity, low investment minimums, and immediate capital deployment.

A Blackstone spokesperson shared President Jon Gray’s comments from the firm’s recent Q1 earnings call with Connect Money, where Gray stated, “We have established the world’s largest third-party focused credit business, with $465 billion across corporate and real estate credit – up more than two-and-a-half-fold in the past four years.

“Inflows for the combined credit platform were $113 billion over the last twelve months, comprising nearly 60% of the firm’s total. Driving these inflows, as always, is performance. We continue to see outstanding results across both our investment grade and non-investment grade strategies, including direct lending, asset-based finance, leveraged loans and real estate high yield lending,” he added.

The fund will allocate capital across private corporate credit, asset-based and real estate credit, structured credit, and liquid credit. BMACX received approval from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in March.
